Scaling graphs

Today in class we did an activity that compared testing scores. We compared WV testing averages and national averages. Once we scaled our graph that helped prove our point and then made a graph we also created a small executive summary saying that since WV's testing scores are so much lower then the National standard we need to raising funding to help boost these test scores.
